- On listing, your home is designated a nightly point rating.
- Find a home that you would like to swap with. The swap is at the same time. You stay in their home while they stay in your home.
- Contact the owner through the Hombie platform and agree on terms and timeframes.
- If you find a home worth roughly the same points you will know it is similar to yours. (Quality does differ in different countries and regions)
- You go on holidays and take care of their house while they take care of yours.
- If you have pets, you may find someone willing to swap with pets. If not you could try one of our reliable housesitters.
