Each new paid member you introduce that is above the referral threshold earns you 500 points.
The referral threshold is
Free Standing Homes = 180 points
Town Houses/Semi Detached = 150 points
Apartments = 100 points

- 5 Referrals = 1,000 bonus points
- 10 Referrals = 2,000 bonus points + Bronze Status
- 20 Referrals = 3,000 bonus points
- 30 Referrals = 4,000 bonus points + Silver Status
- 50 Referrals = 5,000 bonus points
- 75 Referrals = 6,000 bonus points + Gold Status

- 4000 bonus points when they host 20 home exchanges, house swaps, or house sits.
To become a silver member you must have
- Referred 30 paid members to Hombie or
- Hosted 20 successful Home Exchanges, House Swaps or House Sits
Gold Member
Gold members earn
- 6000 bonus points when they refer 75 paid members and
- 6000 bonus points when they host 30 home exchanges, house swaps, or house sits.
To become a gold member you must have
- Referred 75 paid members to Hombie or
- Hosted 30 successful Home Exchanges, House Swaps or House Sits
Platinum Member
Platinum Members enjoy 10,000 bonus points every year, granted when they sustain 100 active referred members throughout the calendar year.
Platinum members earn
- 10000 bonus points every year, granted when they sustain 100 active referred members.
To become a platinum member you must have
- Referred 100 paid members to Hombie and they are active members within the calender year.
Executive Member
Executive members earn
- 30000 bonus points every year
- 20% of their referred member’s subscription fees
- Selected Executive members can become a committee/board member.
To become an executive member you must have
- Referred 300 paid members to Hombie and they are active members within the calender year.
